This is absolutely incredible!! I cannot believe how much information there is here. I would love to update my info and some of the info for my cousins and siblings. Could you let me know how to get the information to the right people? I want to see this keep going and going for the future generations of the family. Jamie W. K., Taunton, MA

It is an ongoing work and I am still working on photos of people along the Yukon River and the Tanana River. I have enjoyed being a part of this project and hope to add more names in the future. I have enjoyed the articles and know how much work it is too put together. Congratulations to all. Sincerely, Claude K.

This is a fantastic site and shows how much work and dedication you have put into it. My maiden name is de Lacy and I have been researching this family for some time. I am interested in your links to the de Lacy's ( Surety Baron/ Magna Carta) but have not found that link yet. So will have to delve further. Thanks again..... Colleen S.

It would seem that as 7 March 1686/7 is the date of Mary Priest's stipend, that her death probably occurred later than that date. I hope this comment is of use to you and not taken as a criticism. I have just received the book which you referenced, and in working my way through it and various websites to confirm my connection, I noticed the difference. Sincerely, Willie B.

Hi - found your website. Looks great! Very extensive, but I couldn't find a way to search the 4,000 entries that are found there. Did I miss something? Kitti M.

You have a fabulous Web site but - I can't read it because of the high contrast with the black background. J. S.

This is amazing! I have been looking for traces of my family name since we got the
Internet (1996), and this is the most complete record I have ever seen by far! I
always felt like I had relatively few relatives in the U.S. - and that I knew all
of my father's family, despite his father's multiple marriages. I was wrong! And
I have a relative in Rio de Janeiro... And now I know Uncle Zep's first name! Excellent work, and thank you. Elizabeth Cesarini, Tennessee

This is just amazing.....you really have done a wonderful job...this is an enormous undertaking. Thanks for keeping me in the loop. I am putting this [featured story] in a binder along with other family tree documents, along with saving it in my computer. I am also sending it to my children for them to keep their records updated. Thanks so much again for sharing. Carolyn Romaker, California

To think that all my years of "looking for dead people" has evolved into this AMAZING web site in such a short time, completely boggles the mind of this "elderly" genealogy nut. With Rick's unbelievable talent, he took the bull by the horns, got the web, domain, layout, pictures, symbols (what do you call all these wonderful things like the trees?) - shows you how computer illiterate I really am. I just entered all the names in Family Tree Maker in the last ten years, and I haven't finished yet. I'm proud that you all have joined hands across the continents just to show what a small world we live in that we can be reached in a matter of minutes with the touch of the "enter" key. Hope those who enter into "these hallowed halls" appreciate all the information that is now at their fingertips, and that they will be anxious to add the names of their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to this fascinating history and mix of cultures. I would like to personally thank all the individuals who have provided data, sources, historic photographs, old letters, current generation updates and verbal stories to this research project. I'd especially like to thank Mike Devin of New York for his countless years of genealogical research on the Devin Immigration from Ireland and his branch of the Devin Tree; Patricia Cesarini Wingle for sharing her old letters from her Uncle Angelo Cesarini, which provided much information about the Italian Immigration; Ethel Woods Ledegang for her impeccable first hand memory of events within the Woods Family Tree; Claude Keogh Woods for his genealogical works on the Athabaskan Connection of the Woods Family in Alaska; Michele Wiley of Alaska for inspiring us to put this website together; Virginia Ledegang Mucciaccio for her decades of genealogical studies that provided the backbone of this website and to all of our cousins who have helped to contribute in many, many ways. Thank you all! Cousin Rick Devin, Brazil.

Thank you “World Wide Web!” I also want to thank each of you for all of your time, hard work and devotion . . . it is because of you that my dream has become a reality. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! My love to all, Michele Wiley, Alaska
