	Career Highlight(s): - I have been honored to work with some of the best -- and most respected -- executives and talented legal minds in Alaska. I have been equally blessed to have had the opportunity to do many other interesting things including operation of several types of heavy equipment, involvement in engineering, testing and installation of fiber optic communication systems, installation of telephone and computer network systems, as well as the working knowledge of the billing, programming and switching systems that are the backbone of a large telecommunications firm. Thanks to all my ‘bosses’ for letting me work “outside the box!”
	Lifetime Highlights/Achievements: - I think the most significant achievement in my life has to be raising my daughter and seeing the beautiful woman and wonderful parent she has become . . . as well as the beautiful grandsons that she has given me! As far as ‘fun’ stuff, I’ve done everything from racing snow machines and sports cars to living onboard a catamaran in the Virgin Islands. While my year in the Caribbean was a grand adventure (more like the ultimate campout) that I am pleased I had the opportunity to do, I certainly wouldn’t be willing go back and repeat all parts of it!
	When did you become interested in genealogy?: - Approximately 1995
	Most significant genealogy accomplishment: - In the Woods genealogy, finding Cousins Ginny, Rick and Claude! In my Wiley search, proving my father wrong and finding living relatives on his side of the family!
	Other thoughts or information you wish to share: - While it is through the dedication and hard work of the other members of the treesinthewoods team that has made this website a reality, I am particularly grateful to Michael who motivated me to pickup the Woods genealogy documents and pursue Aunt Sally’s dream. Thank you!
